Fun in the Sun!

We went to Grandbury manmade "Beach" today. We went several times last summer and once this summer. Today, we took some neighbors, the Hopsons. We had a great morning playing in the "ocean" (as all of the kids called it), and soaking up some sun.

Chilling With some Cheetohs. Love the crossed legs.

Digging for "treasure."
Julianna and Steve playing. They were observing the reflection in each other's sunglasses. Julianne said, "There are 2 Julianna's." ha!

BREAK TIME! SNOW CONES!

Red tongue from Snow Cone.

Ewww! Blue tongue from Andrew.
Floatie Train. Julianna, the caboose, kept falling off. Steve pulled this train all over the place. They sang "Chuggington."
All in all, it was a nice morning at the "beach."

We're looking forward to worship tomorrow and fellowship afterward with our Sunday School Class.

Gran's visit and her BIRTHDAY!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAN!!!

Steve went to New York, NY last week on a mission trip. My mother came to stay with Laura Beth while I worked. It was a "God thing" that she came, because Laura Beth got a fever virus the day before Steve left for his trip. She was sick for 6 days out of the 8 days my mom was here. So we don't have many pictures of them and the "fun" they had.

Here are a few from the children's museum.

PEEK A BOO!

Altogether, while Gran was at my house there were no dirty dishes, no unmade beds, and no laundry to clean. PLUS Laura Beth was very entertained, which is always helpful, and we got to chat and sit around ALOT. :) I am so thankful for my mom to give up a week out of her summer vacation to come and be with us. I love her so much!

Fourth of July- a little late

Laura Beth has been sick MUCH of this week, so we are a little late on posting these.

Aaron, Laura, Hannah Claire, and Zane came into town last weekend for the fourth of July. We had a great weekend of mainly hanging out and a few outings.

Shopping.

AAHHHH!
They held hands multiple times through the weekend.
Monkeys eating suckers. Love it.
Hannah Claire and Zane being so cute.
Goodbye hug. Super sad.

All together, it was a great weekend with family.

Movies

I have a couple of movies here that I thought were funny. Laura Beth loves the Ft Worth Children's museum. I think you can tell by these videos how much fun she has when she goes.

Mammy visit!

Mammy came to visit a couple of weekends ago. I just never had additional time to upload the photos. We had a great time with Mammy. She and Laura Beth got to spend so much one- on- one time together. Laura Beth signed so much more to her than ever before. I was very thankful for that quality time they had together. :)

Eating Ice Cream at Menchies.Relaxing. Look who Laura Beth wanted to lay with. Ha!

Chuck E Cheese or "Mouse and Cheese" as Laura Beth calls it.
